2a. Face Photos and AI-Generated Headshots

PitchPhoto's core feature involves processing photographs of your face. We treat these with stricter rules than other account data:

• What we collect. The selfies you upload as reference material, and the AI-generated headshots produced from them. We do not collect facial-recognition templates or other biometric identifiers; the model treats your image as visual content, not as a signature for identifying you elsewhere.
• How we use it. Source selfies are passed to our image-generation provider solely to produce headshots you requested. Generated headshots are stored in your account so you can re-download them.
• Model training. We do not use your selfies or generated headshots to train shared or third-party AI models.
• Retention. You can delete uploaded selfies and generated headshots from your account at any time. We purge source uploads within 30 days unless you keep them in an active generation history.
• Third parties. Image generation is performed by our model provider (Volcano Engine / Doubao). Files transit their infrastructure for the duration of the API call; refer to the provider's policy for their own handling.
• Children and minors. You must be 18 or older to upload photos. We do not knowingly process face photos of minors.
• Content moderation. We use automated moderation to screen generation requests, and may screen uploaded images, to enforce our Terms of Service and block prohibited content (including NSFW/adult content and images of non-consenting people). Requests that violate our policies may be blocked and associated accounts suspended.
